BL-BS “ECCLES” MEETING
The Society is pleased to announce that thanks once again to the generosity of the Committee and members of the host club, this meeting will be held on the shooting ground of Samlesbury Longbow Archers at Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Club, Lightfoot Lane, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire PR4 0AP.
Directions: From Junction 32 of the M6 – follow signs for Cottom.

Ladies and gentlemen will shoot the “ECCLES” round (six dozen arrows, three arrows per end, shot
two-way from 60 yards at 2 feet diameter target faces) for the Society’s large and small medals.
Entry Fee: £7.00 Optional Gold Sweep: 50p.

Following the target competition, the host club will hold a traditional Wand Shoot. Arrows at the
Wand will be shot individually and awards will be presented.
