THE MERIDEN ‘SUMMER’ CLOUT MEETING
The Society is privileged to be able to shoot for the second time this year on the historic grounds of
the Woodmen of Arden, by kind permission of the Lord Warden and the Woodmen of Arden.

The ground is situated about a quarter mile along Birmingham Road north of Meriden village, Warwickshire.
Commencing at 1.00 p.m.
Two rounds, each of 36 arrows, will be shot.
LADIES will shoot at six score (120) yards for the Murray Trophy
GENTLEMEN will shoot at nine score (180) yards for The H. Grace Memorial Trophy.
A shoot-off by ends will follow.
The Society’s large silver and bronze medals will be awarded for the highest combined (double round) scores and to the winner of each single round.
Small silver medals will also be awarded to the winners of each shoot-off by ends.
Entry Fees: DOUBLE ROUND: £15.00 (includes tea).
SINGLE ROUND: £14.00 (includes tea).
Optional Clout Sweep: 50p.
Non-shooting guests requiring tea: £10.00.
Please make cheques payable to British Long-Bow Society.
Members are asked to bring a picnic luncheon. Tea will be provided. All those attending are courteously requested to observe the car-parking arrangements with care, to park in the Car Park to the rear of Forest Hall, AND TO LOCK THEIR VEHICLES.
